This is a carved gesso book cover.
The back cover.
All the sample below are produced using 300gsm cards and decoart paints and mediums.
Textured and weathered rust..
Rusty tin.
Peeled paint.
Faux leather.
Deep chipped paint.
Chipped and worn painted metal.
Burnt oxidised copper.
Paint and corroded metal.
I really did enjoy learning these techniques and am looking forward to learning more over the next few months.
